A silver coin, perfect as a gift for an art and history connoisseur. It is decorated with an amber insert and the mintage was limited to 550 pieces. It depicts the famous painting "Adoration of the Holy Trinity" by Albrecht Durer.
It was created in 1511, on wood. The painter originally created it for the Brüderhaus in Landau, but later (around 1600) it was placed at the disposal of Emperor Rudolf by the Nuremberg city council (now in the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna). In the lower part of this painting, Dürer portrayed himself as an ancient figure holding a tablet with a Latin inscription.
