The second coin from the new "The Eight Protectors" series. This series presents 8 Buddhist protectors who serve as defenders of the 12 zodiac animals and, consequently, humans. Of the eight, four guards the four main world directions. The name Ākāśagarbha describes the deity of infinite wisdom. It is believed that the mantra Ākāśagarbha popularly used by Buddhists and artists gives rise to wisdom, creativity and dispels ignorance.  The coin was struck from 5 ounces of fine silver. The coin, in addition to silver, also consists of over 11 ounces of copper. It is decorated with a high relief and its diameter of 120 mm makes it an extraordinary collector coin. On the reverse side there is an engraved image of the goddess. The obverse is decorated with images of animals from the Chinese lunar calendar.
