The second in the series is a gold coin with a face value of 20 PLN, featuring a stylized image of the contemporary circulating banknote with a face value of 20 PLN. On the reverse side, in the central part, there is a portrait of King Bolesław I the Brave in an ornamental medallion. In the background of inscriptions, the outline of a Romanesque portal is visible. On the right side of the portrait, an oval with fragments of a crown is placed, and below it, a stylized oak. On the obverse side, in the central part, there is a reproduction of the image of a silver denar – a coin from the reign of Bolesław I the Brave. On the left side of the denar, there is an image of a rotunda, and above it, an oval with fragments of a crown is visible. On the right side, the image of a lion reared on a plant stalk is presented.
