This silver coin is the fourth edition of the new "Woman Warrior" series.The reverse shows ready to fight Boudica. Selective gold plating emphasizes the high relief of the coin. An addition is an oak insert in the form of a shield of the warrior. The coin is in a wooden case. Its circulation is very limited - only 555 pieces are available worldwide!   Boudica was the queen of the Icenas living in Eastern Britain. Taking advantage of the absence of the Roman governor of Great Britain, Svetonius Paulinus, around 60 A.D., she stirred up an uprising against the Romans, thus responding to the wave of terror and humiliation that the Icenas experienced after the death of her husband Prasutagus. She was very tall and looked very dangerous. She looked severe, and spoke in a shabby way. The wonderful hair was flowing down her hips. She wore a wonderful golden necklace around her neck and a multi-coloured tunic. On this thick coat she tied up with a brooch. When she spoke, she grabbed the spear to scare the viewers even more. This valiant queen is still an icon in England. The monument to Boudika, depicting her on the chariot with her two daughters, was created in the 19th century and stands today at the Westminster Bridge. It is one of the most famous symbols of London.
