Capoeira is the first value from the new Rebel Time series. The Rebel Time series is intended to awaken in people a sense of coherence with the entire world and the people around us. The series shows two sides of society - those who struggle with inequality and those who benefit from their labor. Capoeira is a martial art originating from Brazil, whose forms are rhythmic, acrobatic and focus on kicks. Even though Capoeira is a martial art , it teaches respect for other people and sportsmanship . Capoeira contains two ounces of pure 999 silver. The coin has an antique finish, selective digital printing and a numbered certificate with a hologram. The Carpathian Mint is responsible for minting the coin, and the originator of the series is Maciej Rybicki. Limited edition of 500 pieces. The reverse shows two Capoeiras fighting each other. Behind them you can see Capoeiras playing instruments and people working slaves against the background of the Favela. At the bottom, a colorful Macaw parrot is visible in flight. The obverse shows huge heads of children of four nationalities: Slavic, Asian, Native American and African on the fictional peak of Mount Hope. The coin is delivered in a wooden box with a certificate of authenticity. Regarding the future of the REBEL TIME series, the authors of the series want to present various historical rebellions in subsequent editions, as many of them have happened in history. We are currently working on portraying the Samurai Rebellion, also known as the Satsuma Uprising or the Samurai Rise. This armed uprising took place in Japan in 1877. Warriors of samurai origins resisted the new government and its army, which sought to limit their political influence and change the traditional feudal system to modern, centralized rule. The Samurai Rebellion arose from changes taking place in Japan in which traditional values and culture clashed with Western influences such as modern technology, industry, and political ideologies. Even though the rebellion was suppressed, it became a symbol of resistance and the fight for traditional Japanese values in the face of a changing reality. Work is also underway to present the Gladiator Rebellion.
