There has never been such a coin before! This is a perfect example that in the world of numismatics there is something for everyone. This coin was struck from 1 ounce of silver and begins the "The World Taste" series. It comes in a thematic case with a certificate of authenticity. The reverse of the coin depicts Šaltibarščiai, i.e. borscht. The basis of borscht is cooked botanicals, mixed with curdled milk or sour cream (nowadays often replaced by kefir, yoghurt or buttermilk) and ingredients such as raw cucumber, dill, hard-boiled egg, and in the classical version - crayfish necks. A dish of Polish and Lithuanian cuisine. Modern recipes do not add meat stock, meat or fish to Lithuanian radiator, but radishes and chives are added.
