The first collector numismat in the "Treasures of Nature" series.
The series will depict the most precious monuments of Polish nature.
The reverse features the Bartek oak, one of the oldest oaks in Poland. The obverse features a crowned eagle, referring to the eagle of Zygmunt August of 1568, as the symbol of the Polish state. The presented product is not legal tender. Bartek oak has been legally protected as a natural monument since 1954, growing in the Świętokrzyskie province. In his 1992 publication The Oldest Trees in Poland, Cezary Pacyniak reported the results of his research, according to which Bartek's age was then 654 years (according to this measurement, in 2021 the oak would be 683 years old).
