Another coin joins the "Star Wars" series and in a charming series "Chibi".  It represents Darth Vader. It is a fictional character, one of the main characters of the Star Wars film saga. The father of Luke Skywalker and Lei. Initially a Jedi knight, under the influence of Darth Sidiousa, went to the dark side of the Force and adopted the title "Darth Vader". He led to the destruction of the Jedi Order and helped to transform the Republic into a Galactic Empire. At the end of his life, he returned to the bright side of the Force and pushed his master into the Death Star Reactor, saving his son, and thereby restoring the balance of power, as propheshed by the prophecy of the power taker. The coin was struck by the Mint of New Zealand from one ounce of fine silver. The special feature of this coin is its unique shape in the "Chibi Art" style. Chibi figures are characterized by a disproportionately large head and relatively small body. Issue is strictly limited to 2000 pieces worldwide. The coin is delivered in original packaging from the New Zealand Mint together with a certificate of authenticity.
