He is a terrifying dragon, which is also extremely intelligent. He was the son of Hreidmar, brother of Otra, Regin, Lyngheid and Lonfnheid. According to mythology, Fafnir, in order to possess the great treasure of Andrei, killed his own father and expelled his brother Regin, who was claiming part of the estate. He had a lair in an iron house on the Gnitaheid heath. He defended the treasure by splashing his venom and arousing fear of the very wealth he had acquired through patricide. Fafnir was mortally wounded by Siegfried, the legendary heros of Nordic mythology. The blood that flowed from the dragon to Siegfried made him immune to any blows. The coin is characterised by an incredible, high relief, both on the reverse and the obverse. The design of the coin was precisely planned. The image of the dragon has been covered with a new special effect - Chameleon - which makes the skin of the dragon shine in different colours, depending on the incident light.
