It is a ceremonial dance in Māori culture. It is commonly associated mainly with traditional combat preparations of male players, but this dance is performed by both men and women. Haka is performed to welcome distinguished guests or to recognize great achievements, but also for weddings or funerals.  The practice of hook making by New Zealand sports teams before their international matches has made the hook more famous around the world. This tradition began with the New Zealand football team's tour in 1888-89 and has been continued by the New Zealand All Blacks rugby Union since 1905. This is considered by some Māori as a form of appropriation of culture. The coin has a carnelian insert. It is a mineral that exhibits the ability to show a white-blue fluorescence in ultraviolet. The coin is made in an oxidized stamp, and the details are perfectly illustrated by the high relief. It is available with a case and certificate of authenticity.
