Another coin from the series "The Lord of the Rings".
Legolas is an elf from the Sindar tribe. He was a member of the Fellowship of the Ring in the Third Age. As the son of the Elven king Thranduil and grandson of Oropher, ruler of the Dark Forest, Legolas was Prince of the Forest Kingdom, a messenger and a master archer. With his keen eyesight, highly sensitive hearing and excellent use of the bow, the elf was a valuable source of information for all members of the Fellowship. The elf was also known for his friendship with the dwarf Gimli, despite the great differences between them. It is not known whether Legolas was the only son of Thranduil and whether he was also heir to the throne.
The coin is supplied in a display-ready wooden case inside a themed box. A certificate of authenticity, including the coin's unique serial number, guarantees the pure silver quality and the limited mintage of 250 pieces.
