This interesting 2 oz silver coin is dedicated to Inca mythology. It is decorated with exceptionally beautiful engraving and a dome in which silver flakes are embedded. It comes in a thematic box with a certificate of authenticity. The reverse of the coin depicts the Incan goddess of the Moon - Mama Quilla. She was worshipped as a moon disk with a woman's face. According to the legend, the tears of Mama Quilla that fell to the earth are silver. The central place of worship of Mama Quilla was her temple in the Coricancha complex in Cuzco, where there was a necropolis of Inca queens (mummified after death and placed on silver thrones in the shrine of the goddess).
