Another coin of the "Real Heroes" series. This time it is dedicated to special forces. On this extraordinary coin we honour those who serve in military special units. These heroes are the best of the best and are routinely called upon to perform the most difficult and dangerous missions. Many of these missions are carried out in secret, and the heroes and their identities are protected with the utmost care. The coin was struck from 5 ounces of gold in the Black Proof stamp. The reverse features the traditional Special Forces motto de oppresso liber (freely translated as "To liberate the oppressed"). The obverse depicts special forces being dropped under cover of darkness.
