This is the third coin in the "Evil Within" series.  It was made from 3 ounces of pure silver, and depicts Theseus and the Minotaur.  Theseus in Greek mythology was an Athenian hero. During a trip to Athens, he learned that mourning reigned there. At the time, Athens was making an annual sacrifice to King Minos of Crete by sending seven boys and seven girls to be devoured by the Minotaur, the Labyrinth-dwelling monstrous son of Minos. Theseus volunteered to be one of the seven and killed the Minotaur. He was the only person to manage to get out of the labyrinth, with the help of Ariadne, Minos' daughter, who gave him a ball of thread with which he found his way out. The coin is characterised by high relief and exceptional detail. Limited edition of only 666 pieces worldwide.
